HOW it WORKS?
Download the app (Android, iOS) from flowapplication.com website or Play Store for Android, or App Store for IOS and sign up there. Once you have your account setup you are ready for all free app to app audio/video calls and texting. Purchase credit from FLOW sales points and you will be ready to also purchase you own number and get calling all around the globe and start saving!
HOW to Sign Up?
You can sign up for FLOW for free by downloading the application. You will then be asked to select your country, enter your personal phone number, your full name and your birth date and click submit. A one-time password will then be sent directly to your phone via SMS to verify your mobile number. Once this is done the app will ask you to allow some permissions. Click “allow” and you are all set to start enjoying FLOW!
What is an App to App call ?
App to App call in Flow is a call placed between Flow users. It is free, secure and of high quality. You can enjoy unlimited app to app audio/video calls and texts between you and your contacts once both sides are signed in to FLOW and connected to the internet.
Can I have more than one account with FLOW registered to same phone number?
No, FLOW only allows one account per phone number.
How can I use Call Forwarding in FLOW ?
- Tap ‘more’ on the right down corner in FLOW screen
- From the Settings, tap on the ‘Call Forwarding’.
- Now, enable the ‘Forward to GSM Call’ option by entering the desired GSM PSTN number.
- All incoming calls will be forwarded to this number when you are offline or your FLOW app is not reachable.

What is a DID number?
A virtual number (also referred to as a DID number) is a telephone number that can place calls or receive calls over any VOIP or PSTN network when registered to a user. When you purchase your FLOW DID number, all incoming calls to this number will ring through your FLOW app. At the same time you can place a call from FLOW to a mobile or fix number anywhere in the world and the callee could see your virtual number as Caller ID if you choose to.
What is caller ID?
Caller ID or caller identification is the number that appears on your contacts such as friends’, family members’ and business contacts’ phone when you call them.
What caller ID will appear when you make a call over FLOW ?
By default, the phone number that you used to register to FLOW will appear as your caller ID.
Can I change my FLOW caller ID?
Yes, in case you have purchased one or more DIDs from FLOW you can set the caller ID to be any of the DIDs.
- Tap ‘more’ on the right down corner in FLOW screen
- Tap ‘Caller ID, then tap ‘+’ at the right down corner and add any or all your purchased DIDs.
- Enable any of the DIDs as Caller ID
How can I delete my chat in FLOW ?
- From the Settings, Select ‘Chats’ option and Tap on ‘Clear Chat’.
- Select ‘OK’ to clear all chats.
How can I Change chat wallpaper?
- From the Settings, Select ‘Chats’ option and Tap on ‘Wallpaper.
- Choose a suitable wallpaper from the available options.
How do I set message call notifications and tone in FLOW ?
- From the Settings, Select ‘Notifications & Tone’ option.
- From there, you can set message call notifications and specific tone for calls and messages .
How can I block a phone number or contact in my FLOW App?
- From the Settings, Select ‘Blocked Contacts’ option.
- From the Add option on bottom right, you can select the contact which you wish to block.
- The list of blocked contacts will appear on the window/screen.
Can I forward calls from a FLOW DID number to a landline or mobile number in any country in the world?
Yes, using the call forwarding function all calls to your DIDs and registered number will be forwarded to the desired number you input. You can always log in to your account and change the call forwarding number. Just make sure that the number is correctly.

How do you charge call-forwarding fees?
When you purchase a DID and forward it to a landline or mobile number, you only pay for termination fees. The termination fees are charged on a per minute basis according to the prices listed in ‘Rate’ section.
Where can I find the applicable Rates for calling through FLOW ?
- Tap on ‘More’ at the bottom right of your FLOW screen.
- Select the ‘Rates’ option which will show you the complete list of countries.
- Click on dropdown option for any country and it will show you the applicable rates for calling (Landline & Mobile) .
How much does it cost to make a call with FLOW ?
Our rates are the same regardless of the country you’re calling from. Rates are based on the country you’re calling to. You can check our current rates at ‘Rates’ section.
Do call rates ever change?
Yes, rates do change occasionally. International internet calls can fluctuate in price.
How can I get in touch with customer support of FLOW ?
You can email us your issue from the Help & Support section in the FLOW app. Our customer support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
