- Information About You. You agree and confirm that the personal information that you provide to us shall be accurate, current and complete in all respects. You agree to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You give us permission to verify all information you provide, including your email address and credit or debit card information. FLOW reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of the App and the Services if any information provided to us proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
- Information You Provide. You provide your name, mobile phone number and in some instances other personal information (e.g., email address) to us to create an Account. Depending on the particular Service you use, you may provide additional personal data directly to us, including your address, country of residence, and payment information. You will be asked to provide use only with the information that is absolutely necessary for us to provide the services and nothing more. If you deactivate your FLOW account, it will delete the address book from our servers, quickly and permanently. Otherwise, we keep your information for as log as you use FLOW so we can provide you all functions of FLOW. We may also use your Information to process your payments for our Services through a secured third-party service provider and on an aggregate basis to determine charges for our phone carriers and other service providers. This data is retained as long as the tax legislation provides for. We may also use your information to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, security breaches, potentially prohibited or illegal activities, protect our trademarks and enforce our License-Terms of Use. We will use this information to comply with applicable laws.
- Other Information We Collect. In general, we only collect information that allows us to provide you with our best services. This means that we collect from you and your device certain technical data and related information, including information about your mobile device, system and application software, that is gathered periodically to facilitate our provision of the App, Services, software updates and service support. We collect service-related diagnostic and performance information, including how you use the App and the Services. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with others using our Services), log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports. We collect device-specific information including model, browser, operating system, platform type, application software, mobile network, device identifiers and numbers, and Internet connection speed. All this information is used only to facilitate our provision of the App, Services, software updates and service support. We collect device location information if you use our location features, such as when you choose to share your location with your contacts, view locations nearby or those others have shared with you, and for diagnostics and troubleshooting purposes such as if you are having trouble with our App’s location features. If you don’t want us to collect such information you should disconnect from our location features.
- Data Retention: Unless otherwise specified, we retain information as long as it is necessary and relevant for us to achieve the purposes referred to above or to enable us to comply with our legal data protection retention obligations and any other applicable legislation. Upon deactivation of your account, we will minimize the personal data we keep about you only to such data which we are required to keep to comply with laws.
- Review and Change: As a registered member, you can review and change personal information at any time by accessing your account on the App or contacting our support. Please be sure to update your personal information promptly if it changes or becomes inaccurate. We may retain some information from closed accounts so that we can comply with law, prevent fraud, assist with investigations, resolve disputes, analyze, or troubleshoot programs, enforce our License-Terms of Use, or take other actions permitted by law. Likewise, if your account or membership is terminated or suspended, we may maintain some information to prevent you from re-registering.

- Erase your personal information: You can easily delete your historical data on the app, by sending us a request at support@flowapplication.com. In such case we will delete the data which we are not otherwise required to keep or is necessary for the provision of the service. The same holds when you deactivate the FLOW account. In this case we only retain data that we are required to keep according to the law (e.g., the applying tax legislation).
- Restrict our use of your personal information: We allow you to opt out of certain processing of your data by changing the settings on your mobile device operating system at any time to prevent us gaining access to certain data such as your accurate location – but this may negatively impact on your user experience.
- Receive your personal information in a usable electronic format and transmit it to a third party (right to data portability): You can easily get your private data in pdf from our application, by sending us an email to support@flowapplication.com
- Object to our use of your personal information: If you receive emails from us, you can always opt out on the bottom of the email.
- Appeal automated decisions and profiling: We may make an automated decision to block a user, in case we suspect this user is using our services for illegal acts or acts that violate our terms of use. If you believe that your account was unlawfully blocked, you can contact us on support@flowapplication.com.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority: If you thing we are not handling your personal data lawfully you can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
