Welcome to the FLOW APP (the “App”) from 4G Business Solutions Ltd and its affiliates (collectively, “FLOW” or “we” or “us”). Through the App we offer our customers the ability to access and use a wide range of products, services and features. FLOW provides the App and the products, services and features to you subject to the following License – Terms of Use. Please read this License -Terms of Use carefully as this is a legal agreement between you and 4G Business Solutions Ltd governing your use of the App.

By registering for or otherwise accessing or using the application / service, or any component thereof, in any manner whatsoever, you (a) acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and consent to become a party, (b) represent that you are in compliance with all requirements hereunder, and (c) agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions in this agreement. You can choose not to use the application / services if you don’t want these terms to apply.
Ιf you do not accept and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please discontinue the registration process and do not access or use the application and the service.
If you are under the age of consent in your country to form a binding agreement, you should only use our application if you are either an emancipated minor, or have the legal consent of your parent or guardian for your use of our application. You should use our application only if you are fully able to understand an enter into and comply with these terms.
Your privacy is important to us. The applicable flow service provider receives or collects information from you when you use the app, including when you install the app and when you use or access the services and products available through the app. This license- terms of use contain provisions that discuss what information we receive or collect from you when you use the app and how we use it.
This license contains information about your legal rights. It also contains a limitation of liability provision (see sections 6.3 and 6.12 below).
1. Availability
A particular Service may not be available in your country – please communicate with us (e-mail support@flowapplication.com) for details on what Services are available in your country prior to attempting to use a Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Using the App. This License-Terms of Use apply to your use of the App and you must agree to them in order to use the App or any Service through the App. By accessing the App, or using any Service through the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and have agreed to be bound by this License-Terms of Use, including any future modifications. If you do not agree with this License-Terms of Use, then you should not use or access the App or any Service through the App.
2.2 Information Posted in the App. Your use of the App is also subject to any disclosures, limitations, terms and conditions regarding the use of a Service that are posted in the App, including any price or charge for a Service.
3. Registration
In order to use the App you must register with us and create an account (“Account”), which will be identified with your name, mobile phone number, security code (if applicable) and/or other personal information. If you successfully open an Account, we will send you a confirmation message with important information and instructions. The confirmation message will be sent either by SMS or in-App message to the phone number you registered or delivered by our automated IVR. The Information you give us is managed according to our Privacy Policy
4. App Functionality
4.1 App-to-App Calls and Messaging. The App-to-App Service (“App-to-App”), if and when available in your country, allows users of the App to make free calls and send free messages to other users of the App. Generally, in order to use App-to-App both parties must have the latest version of the App (1.0 or higher) and communicate via either a data or WiFi connection. FLOW does not charge for any call made or message sent using App-to-App, though we are not be liable for any charges payable to your mobile provider or any third party arising from your use of App-to-App.
4.2 Making A Paid Call with the App. To make a paid call with the App, you will have to subscribe with PayPal. PayPal is a different application and we won’t be liable for any omissions, faults or other misconducts that might take place while using it. 4.3 Video Calling, Group Video and Group Voice. Video Calling, Group Video and Group Voice, if and when available in your country, allow users with certain devices to make free video calls, group video calls and group voice calls to/with other users of the App. In order to use these features both parties must have the latest version of the App (1.0 or higher), a compatible device and communicate via either a data or WiFi connection. FLOW does not charge for any of these features. We will not be liable for any charges payable to your mobile provider or any third party arising from your use of these features.
4.4 In App Funding for BR Mobile. If and when available and supported in your country or for your Service, you can add balance to your Account for flow Mobile through the App by/using:
A. Adding Funds to Your Account. You can fund your Account through the App by: (i) redeeming a top-up card/voucher in the App, or (ii) using your credit card through our secure top-up with credit card process. You will be able to add funds in such denominations and amounts as are displayed in the user interface from time to time in the App. Once processed, all in App funding transactions are final and may not be exchanged, returned, refunded, transferred, or reimbursed, except as required by law.
B. Adding Funds to Another Person’s Account; FLOW balance transfer.
FLOW Balance Transfer service allows users of the App (version 1.0 or higher) to transfer some or all of their Account balance to another user’s Account, including an Account of a person residing outside their country, provided that the recipient has the App (version 1.0 or higher). When available, you can also fund another user’s Account using cash at an authorized FLOW retailer. In order to transfer your balance using FLOW balance Transfer you must recharge your Account at least once. FLOW balance Transfer is not and cannot be used as Money Transfer service. FLOW does not charge any fees to use FLOW balance Transfer.
4.5 User Content and Submissions. The App and some of the Services allow users to submit text, photos, videos, feedback and other communications (collectively, the “User Content”) to FLOW or other users. The User Content may be hosted, shared, and/or published as part of the App and its features, and may be visible to other users of the App.
FLOW is not the source of, does not verify or endorse and takes no responsibility for the User Content. User Content does not necessarily represent the views or opinions of FLOW, and FLOW makes no guarantees as to the validity, accuracy or legal status of any User Content. FLOW does not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with User Content.
In connection with your User Content, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that: (x) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use, and hereby authorize FLOW to use, all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to your User Content; and (y) you have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each identifiable individual person referenced in your User Content to use their name and likeness in your User Content.
You shall be solely responsible for your own User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. FLOW may, in its sole discretion, block or otherwise prevent delivery of User Content to or from the App or through the Services as part of our efforts to protect the App, our customers, or to otherwise enforce this License-Terms of USE or any additional applicable terms and policies, or applicable laws.
Please exercise respect when participating in any feature of the App that allows you to post, upload, edit, host, share and/or publish content. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) by using the App and the Services you may be exposed to User Content that you may find offensive or indecent and you do so at your own risk; (b) you are solely responsible for, and FLOW has no responsibility to you or any third party for, any User Content that you create, submit, post or publish on or through the App or the Services; (c) FLOW does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to User Content; and (d) FLOW is not responsible for any User Content that you may have access to through your use of the App or Services and all User Content is the responsibility of the person from whom such User Content originated.
By submitting User Content to us, you understand that your content is made public and you allow anyone on FLOW or elsewhere to view it and associate it with you.
Your content will be used by us to help improve how we offer content to you and other users. By posting or uploading any User Content to us, you specifically grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any intellectual property rights for the content that you share publicly on or in connection with our Service, including without a limitation host, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, edit, publish, and distribute such content. This License will end once you delete such content or your account unless users who have seen the content saved it.
You further agree that you and your User Content will not violate any of the restrictions listed in Section 5.2 below. FLOW reserves the right to review User Content submitted on or through the App for the purpose of enforcing this License.
5. Use of App
5.1 License. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under this License-Terms of Use. Subject to your compliance with this License-Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to download, install and personally use the App on a mobile device that you own or control (a “Device”). This license does not allow you to use the App on any mobile device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network. If you have the App on multiple Devices, you can only access our platform from one such Device at a time. The terms of this license will govern any upgrades, improvements, modifications, fixes, updates and future versions provided by us unless accompanied by a separate license. FLOW reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. Not all of the features of version 1.0 or higher of the App are backwards compatible with previous versions of the App. In order to use certain features of the App you must have version 1.0 or higher of the App.
5.2 Restrictions. You agree that the App is for your personal use with your Devices only. You agree not to:
(a) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, export, distribute or transfer the App to any third party;
(b) copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof;
(c) remove, obscure or alter any copyright notices or other proprietary notices included in the App;
(d) use the App or the Services in violation of this License, the applicable Service Terms, or applicable law;
(e) use the App or the Services other than for personal, non-commercial use;
(f) use the App or the Services to send any unsolicited communications or any communication not permitted by applicable law;
(g) use any type of spider, virus, worm, trojan-horse, time bomb or any other codes or instructions that are designed to distort, delete, damage, emulate or disassemble the App or the Services;
(h) use the App or Services to cause or intend to cause embarrassment or distress to, or to threaten, harass or invade the privacy of, any third party;
(g) use the App or the Services to submit or expose any third party to any material that infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights or violates the rights of any third party, or is offensive, defamatory, racist, pornographic, illegal, harmful to minors, indecent or is otherwise objectionable in FLOW’s sole discretion;
(h) use the App or the Services in any way that (i) could damage, disable or overburden any FLOW server or facility, or the networks connected to any FLOW server or facility, (ii) interferes with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App or Services, or (iii) could damage Flow’s business, reputation or employees;
(i) use the App or Services fraudulently, abuse the App or Services or unfairly exploit or misuse any of our policies;
(j) intercept or monitor, damage or modify any communication which is not intended for you;
(k) use the App or the Services to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names; or
(l) use the App or the Services to provide commercial products or services to third parties (the foregoing shall not preclude you using the App and the Services for your own business communications subject to this License-Terms of Use). However, by using the App or the Services you do agree not to send or create so called “mailbombs” (i.e., sending copies of a single message to many users, or sending large or multiple files or messages to a single user with malicious intent) or engage in “spamming” (i.e., sending unsolicited messages for business or other purposes).
In general, you may only use our Service and its contents for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable law and the present License-Terms of Use or any other terms specifically applying to the service at issue.
5.3 Termination of License. The license is effective until terminated by FLOW or you. We will terminate your rights under this license without notice if you fail to comply with this License-Terms of Use or the applicable Service Terms. Upon termination of the license, you shall cease all use of the App and any Services through the App. You may terminate your relationship with FLOW at any time and without recourse to the courts by requesting closure of your Account, ceasing to use the App and the Services and cancelling any recurring payments.
5.4 Updates. FLOW may automatically check your version of the App and may update the App, but has no obligation to do so. We may alert you that updates to the App are available and you may be required to update or upgrade your version of the App (or install a new version) and/or enter into an updated version of this License to be able to use the App and the Services through the App or otherwise take advantage of any features or updates to the App. Updates may be required to maintain software compatibility, provide security updates or bug fixes, or offer new features, functionality or versions.
5.5 Suspension and Maintenance. From time to time, FLOW may need to perform maintenance on or upgrade the App, the Services or the underlying infrastructure that enables you to use the App and the Services. This may require FLOW to temporarily suspend or limit your use of some or all of the App or Services until such time as this maintenance and/or upgrade can be completed. You will not be entitled to claim damages for such suspension or limitation of use.
5.6 Violation of Security Systems. You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this Service to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools, malware, or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, FLOW reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites, law enforcement and/or governmental authorities in order to assist them in resolving security incidents.
5.7 Your Devices and Accounts. You are responsible for all actions that take place with your Devices as a result of access to or use of the App whether the access was made by you or by a third party using your Device. If your Device is stolen or if you become aware of unauthorized use of any Service through the App you must notify us immediately to suspend the Service. If you create a User Account by selecting a password and providing your name, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account. You agree to notify FLOW immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Account or any breach of security with respect to your User Account including your password. FLOW will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your User Account, either with or without your knowledge. In addition, you may be held liable for any losses incurred by us or another party due to someone else using your User Account. FLOW shall be entitled to monitor your User Account and password and, at its discretion, require you to change your password. If you use a username and password that FLOW considers insecure, FLOW will be entitled to require this to be changed and/or terminate your User Account.
5.8 Intellectual Property. FLOW name and associated logos, the software and technology underlying the FLOW platform, and all registered or unregistered trademarks, service marks, logos, patents, patent applications, proprietary information, registered or unregistered copyrights and all other rights related to intangible property which are used, developed, comprising, embodied in, or practiced in connection with the App, the Services, the FLOW platform and the products or services now or hereafter owned, created or provided by FLOW (collectively, the “FLOW IP”), are owned, controlled or licensed by FLOW. Unless otherwise noted, the App and all materials in the App, including text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips and other materials, and the copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (collectively, the “App Contents”), are owned, controlled or licensed by FLOW or its affiliates. You have no rights in or to the FLOW IP or the App Content and you may not use the FLOW IP or the App Content in any manner without the prior written consent of FLOW. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or exploit in any way any of the FLOW IP or the App Content. The FLOW IP and the App Content are intended to promote FLOW’s products and services available.
5.9 Patents. The App, the systems and methods that it accesses, and/or the related services provided by FLOW are covered by one or more patents. All right, title and interest (including but not limited to copyright, patent, trade secret, service mark and all other intellectual property and proprietary rights worldwide) in and to the App (including but not limited to any hardware, software, computer code, graphics, images, photographs, animations, sounds, video, audio, music, multimedia, and text incorporated into the App software and documentation), and any other component of the App or documentation, are owned or licensed by FLOW or its affiliates and are covered by various worldwide patents and patent applications that are the legal property of FLOW or its affiliates.
5.10 Lawful Use / Country Restrictions. In some countries there are restrictions on the use of the App and/or certain Services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally allowed to use the App and the Services and you hereby agree to use the App and the Services in accordance with all applicable laws. FLOW makes no representation that the App, certain features of the App and/or the Services are appropriate, legal or available for use in your country. Accessing the App or the Services from any country not covered by Service Terms is prohibited. Those who choose to access the App and the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. You cannot use or access the App or the Services if you are not: (a) lawfully entitled to use the App and Services in the country in which you may be located or in which you may reside at the time of your use, or (b) capable of forming a binding legal agreement with FLOW.
5.11 SDK Licenses. The App uses various third-party software and software development kits (collectively, “SDKs”). By downloading and using the App you agree to the terms of the SDKs. Each SDK is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights of the owner of the SDK, all of which rights are reserved by the owner. Each SDK is provided by its copyright holder(s) and contributor(s) \as is\ and any express or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. In no event shall the copyright holders or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the applicable SDK, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
6. General Provisions
6.1 Disclaimer or Warranties. FLOW grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services through the App subject to availability and your compliance with this License-Terms of Use and the applicable Service Terms. We make no representation that any of the Services are available for use in any particular location and we don’t guarantee any results regarding the desired performance.
Your use of the service is at your own risk. To the extent you choose to access a Service, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. We reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Service at any time without notice in accordance with applicable law. In no event will we be liable for the removal or disabling of access to any Service. We may also impose limits on the use of or access to any Service without notice or liability.
The App and the Services and all information, content and material included in or made available to you through the App are provided by FLOW “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind. You expressly agree that your use of the App and the Services through the App is at your sole risk. FLOW does not make any warranties, claims or representations to you or to any third party, whether express, implied or statutory, regarding the App (or any content therein), the Services, the telecommunication services underlying the Services or any FLOW product associated with the Services, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of quality, performance, suitability, durability, title, non-infringement, merchantability, completeness of fitness for use for a particular purpose. All such warranties are hereby expressly excluded and disclaimed and you hereby waive and release FLOW from all such warranties of any nature. Without limiting the foregoing, FLOW makes no warranty or representation that the App or the Services will always be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error free or free of viruses or other harmful components or that any defects will be corrected. FLOW does not warrant any quality of communications made through the App. FLOW may choose not to provide the App or particular Services in/to countries or calling areas at its sole discretion. FLOW does not provide the connection from your Device to our network. We do not authorize anyone, including but not limited to FLOW agents and employees, to make any warranties on our behalf and you should not rely on any such statements. Because some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, these exclusions may not apply to you. For the purposes of this paragraph, “FLOW” includes our parent companies, subsidiary companies and affiliated legal entities and all their directors, officers, agents, licensors and employees. This provision will continue to remain in force after this License expires or is terminated.
6.2 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, release and hold FLOW harmless from any and all liability, losses, damages or claims of any kind resulting from or arising out of your (a) use of the App or the Services through the App other than as a result of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, (b) breach of this License, or (c) violation of another person’s or entity’s rights. In addition, you agree that FLOW shall not be responsible for any third-party claims against you that arise from your use of the App and you agree to reimburse FLOW for all costs and expenses related to the defense of any such claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, unless such claims are based upon our willful misconduct or gross negligence. This section will survive the expiration or termination of this License. For the purposes of this paragraph, “FLOW” includes our parent companies, subsidiary companies and affiliated legal entities and all their directors, officers, agents, licensors and employees.
6.3 Limitations of Liability. FLOW is not liable to you or to any third party for any costs, liabilities or damages arising either directly or indirectly from any cause, action or claim relating to the App, the Services or the telecommunication services underlying the Services, including without limitation any personal injury, actual, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, reliance or special damages, or for any claims for loss of revenue, lost profits, lost use, data, or goodwill or for lost business opportunities of any kind or nature whatsoever. These limitations apply even if the damages were foreseeable or we were told that they were possible, and these limitations apply whether the claim is based upon contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal or equitable theory. FLOW is not liable for failures, outages, interruptions, equipment failures or acts or omissions of third parties regarding or related to the App or Services. FLOW will not be liable for any damages if the telecommunication services underlying the Services are interrupted, or if there is a problem with the interconnection of the App or the Services with the service, products or equipment of some other party. This section will survive the expiration or termination of this License. Because some jurisdictions do not permit these exclusions or limitations, FLOW liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. For the purposes of this paragraph, “FLOW” includes our parent companies, subsidiary companies and affiliated legal entities, and all their directors, officers, agents, licensors and employees. Notwithstanding anything in this License to the contrary and should any provision of this License limiting FLOW’s liability not be enforced, FLOW’s total liability to you in connection with this License shall not exceed in the aggregate the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12month period immediately prior to the date of the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of EUR 1 000 in all cases.
6.4 Third Party Products /Services. From time to time, FLOW may distribute through the App certain products and services, including IMTU and DMTU (collectively, “Third Party Services”) that are provided by third party companies, issuers and operators in various countries who are not affiliated with FLOW (collectively, “Third Party Operators”) FLOW distributes the Third-Party Services. The underlying terms of use, charges, fees, taxes, credits and expiration policies for the Third-Party Services are established and provided by the Third-Party Operators. FLOW shall not be liable for the acts or omissions of the Third-Party Operators. FLOW will not be liable for any disruption, delay or other omissions in the telecommunication and other services underlying the Third-Party Services. All purchases of Third-Party Services through the App are final and may not be exchanged, canceled or refunded, except as required by applicable law or by the applicable Third Party Operator.
Flow may also link you to other sites on the Internet and third-party partners which may or may not cooperate with us to provide you certain Services. These sites may contain information or material that some people may find inappropriate or offensive. These other sites are not under the control of FLOW, and you acknowledge that (whether or not such sites are affiliated in any way with FLOW) FLOW is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such sites, and that your use of such sites is subject to their respective terms of use. The inclusion of such a link does not imply endorsement of any site by FLOW or any association with its operators.
6.5 Electronic Communications. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, you authorize FLOW to send or provide the following categories of information (“Communications”) by electronic means and not in paper format: (a) this License and any amendments, modifications or supplements to it; (b) your purchase and use records regarding Service transactions; (c) any initial, periodic or other disclosures or notices provided in connection with the App or Services, including those required by applicable law; (d) any customer service communications; and (e) any other communication related to the App, the Services, a transaction or FLOW. Electronic means may include email, SMS/MMS, in-App messages including push notifications, text, website chat with customer service, or posting in the App. Message and data rates may apply when you receive SMS/MMS, text or push notification messages on your mobile phone. You may withdraw your consent to receive all Communications electronically (except for in-App messages from FLOW) at any time. In order to access and retain Communications, you must have: (i) an Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption, (ii) a mobile number and the capability to receive messages from or on behalf of FLOW, and (iii) a device and data or Internet connection capable of supporting the foregoing.
6.6 Acts Beyond Our Control. FLOW will not behold liable or responsible for any failure in performance, loss or damage that it is due to any event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, fire, explosion, power blackout, earthquake, volcanic action, flood, pandemics, the weather elements, strike, embargo, labor disputes, civil or military authority, war, acts of God, acts or omissions of carriers or suppliers and acts of regulatory or governmental agencies.
6.7 Assignment. This License is personal to you and you may not assign or transfer it or your rights or obligations to any other person without FLOW’s prior consent. We can assign all or part of our rights or duties under this License without prior notice. If we elect to make such an assignment, we will have no further obligations to you under this License or in connection with your use of the App.
6.8 Notices. Any notice from FLOW to you under this License will be provided by one or more of the following: posting in the App, a recorded IVR announcement while using a Service, SMS/MMS, in-App message including push notification, text, email or a call to a telephone number provided by you. You may contact FLOW at the address and/or phone number provided in Service Terms applicable to you.
6.9 Governing Law. This License will be governed by the laws of Greece. These governing law provisions apply no matter where you reside, or where you use the App or use or pay for the Services.
6.10 Entire Agreement. This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and FLOW regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, statements or proposals, and representations, whether written or oral between you and FLOW regarding the same. No written or oral statement, advertisement or service or product description not expressly contained in this License or in the App will be allowed to contradict, explain, or supplement these terms. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any representations or statements made by FLOW that are not included in these terms. If any part of this License is found invalid, the rest of this License will remain valid and enforceable. The failure by FLOW to exercise, or delay in exercising, a legal right or remedy provided by this License or by law shall not constitute a waiver of FLOW’s right or remedy. If FLOW waives a breach of these terms by you, the waiver shall not operate as a waiver of a subsequent breach of these terms by you.
6.11 Disputes. Both you and FLOW agree to try and solve any disputes amicably. If any controversy, allegation, or claim (including any non-contractual claim) arises out of or relates to the Service or the Terms, then you and we agree to send a written notice to the other providing a reasonable description of the dispute, along with a proposed resolution of it. Our notice to you will be sent to you based on the most recent contact information that you provide us. But if no such information exists or if such information is not current, then we have no such obligation. Your notice to us must be sent to us at info@flowapplication.com. For a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of notice from the other party, FLOW and you will engage in a dialogue in order to attempt to resolve the dispute, though nothing will require either you or FLOW to resolve the dispute on terms which either you or FLOW, in each of our sole discretion, are uncomfortable with.
If the dispute fails to be resolved amicably within the abovementioned time period, then the alleged harmed party may institute procedures before the competent courts of Athens. The latter courts are solely and exclusively competent to resolve such disputes.
6.13 Changes to Terms. We may in our sole discretion update, revise or change this License-Terms of Use or the information in the App from time to time with or without prior notice. When material changes are made, we will post them in the App and update this License. The App will be updated on or before the effective date of the change, unless an immediate change is necessary for a legitimate business reason, or to maintain the security of the system or unless a law, rule or regulation requires that it be updated an earlier time. By continuing to use the App or any Service through the App after publication of a change, you agree to the change. If you do not agree to the change, you may terminate your relationship with FLOW as provided in Section 5.3.
